In November and December 2012 Itim Italy will held two training courses on intercultural management for two Italian customers operating in different market fields, both sharing a common need to better understand and manage the cultural differences they face in their daily work.
The first company needs to focus on culture and typical behaviors of Chinese customers who more frequently than ever enter their shops located throughout the Italian territory. The course is designed for vendors and store managers.
The second company would like to have practical tools to better manage their working context which involves different foreign cultures, with a particular focus on German culture. In this case the course is aimed at the highest levels of the organization.
